This place suits me perfectly, with free wi-fi, a snack bar, and a fitness center. During my first stay, the staff helped me with taxi tips, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas!

The staff, particularly Mr. Rob, was amiable and did what he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible in spite of the horrific situation in the room.
The room was disgusting: roaches in the refrigerator, gum stuck on the floor, bed bugs, my girlfriend was stuck with a piece of metal that was imbedded in the carpet, spiders were crawling on my clothes, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed properly . . . I have photos which I will be sending to your customer service department.

Nothing that I liked at all. The service was bad. The room was hot and I called the front desk twice for a fan and they never got back with me on that. The door to the balconey was unlock and had a trash can full of trash and found candy wrappers underneath the sofabed. They put 6.98 charge on my card that was not authorized. When I called they said a manager would call me back still hasn'T. They said that housekeeping said they found a towel with cigarette burns on it which is a lie cause we don't smoke. My sister's room had someone in it when she walked into it. It was housekeeping son watching tv while he was waiting for his mother to get off . Her room was hotter than mine and she also got charged 7.99 for something she didn't authorized either. I will report to the bbb.

No pool even if said they did. Breakfast was poor. Even the location wasn't that good.

Surfica, hand down is your best employee. She went out of her way to take of everyone she could.
The heat in room didnt work, pillows to small for king size bed, and the hotel decor is so out dated.

The check-in experience started off rocky when I was
Placed in a dirty room, but the clerk's courtesy saved the day. She quickly found me a clean room that was refreshing. The hotel seems to be improving, yet the exterior needs attention for a better first impression.

Hotel did not honor savings codes listed on this booking website because of "a change in management". This also means you aren't guaranteed any ammenities listed either. Oh, don't expect a hot or even warm shower. After complaining to the front desk about water temp, the lady said it was all rooms, even the one she lives in. Staff is not helpful or sympathetic to your needs. Front desk clerk is very sweet over the phone to get you there, then rude after she gets your money.

We liked nothing about our stay !!!the air conditioning unit for the hotel did not work!! We were not informed of this until we were in our room. In dallas that day it was 108 outside and 88 in our room and never dropped below that for the 30 minutes we were there! None of the available rooms were cool! We left never to return!!

Great hotel in a good area really close to AT&T Stadium and several other cities in years past and Arlington. Cheap room, reasonably spacious bathroom, EXCELLENT staff. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Pleasant experience there.
